Email Reminders

Just a reminder coming out to everyone that I do need 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment. Emergencies are the exception of course. If you aren't at the clinic at your appointment time, or need to change appointments within 24 hours of your scheduled treatment, the full treatment fee is applicable. I am occasionally able to fill your time when you move an appointment within the 24 hour period and in this event, you are not charged anything. I have extended a first time grace to every patient to ensure they are aware of my policy.

Also, if you arrive late for your appointment, you will still be charged the full fee and be treated for the time remaining.

Please take advantage of my automatic e-mail reminders through Schedulicity, my online booking system. This can save you time, money and the effort of remembering your appointment.
